We will then discharge the pack properly.

Returns regulation

Returns are reimbursed at the selling price of the pharmaceutical company (ApU / HAP). 

 

Inventory losses
 We will of course compensate for inventory value losses that result from changes in the manufacturer’s selling price (ApU / HAP). In individual cases, we reserve the right to request appropriate evidence for the purchase of the submitted preparations.

Please send us a loss of inventory value by fax using our  form.

Please note:

  • We must receive your report no later than 3 months after the price reduction date.
  • Please use only the specified forms for your inventory value loss compensation.

Wholesale permit
HEC Pharm GmbH has a wholesale license in accordance with §52a AMG in Germany, issued by LaGeSo (State Office for Health and Social Affairs).
 
Based on this wholesale license, we are entitled to sell our medicinal products to pharmaceutical wholesalers and pharmacies, as well as samples to doctors.
